Online Website Purchases
We know that sometimes when you buy from an online store, it is hard to see if the product is exactly what you want, therefore if you receive the product and it's not what you wanted, contact us within 14 days to let us know and we will happily refund or exchange it for you. Follow the returns section below and make sure you send it back in it's original condition and packaging.
In Store Purchases, Phone Orders and Collect from Store
We do not refund for a change of mind, but we will happily exchange within 14 days if the item is unused, undamaged and any seals are not broken or tampered with.
Please note that we will not refund or exchange a used product, a product that has it's seal broken or tampered with, or a product that has damage to it's packaging or itself.
If you wish to return a product, you MUST Contact Us Below BEFORE sending the product back.
All freight costs to return or exchange an item will be at the buyers expense.
All returns are to be sent with Tracking and Signature on Delivery.

Order ID found on your invoice.
Reason for wanting to return the product.
Once we receive the above info, we will contact you and advise how to proceed.
Make sure it is packaged well with padded packaging where required when sending it back to us because if there is any damage to the product packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
Apart from warranty returns, once we receive the product in it's original, un-used and brand new condition, we will refund the product/s price (excluding freight), or exchange the product for a different model of similar value (customer to pay return freight). If you want to exchange the product for another product of greater value, we will issue you an invoice for the difference which you will need to pay prior to us sending you the new product.
