Online Website Purchases.

We know that sometimes when you buy from an online store, it is hard to see if the product is exactly what you want, therefore if you receive the product and it is not what you wanted, contact us within 14 days to let us know and we will happily exchange it for another item of the same value or give you a store credit equal to the price you paid for the product.

Conditions:

  • * Product must be unused and in it's original condition.
  • * Packaging must be undamaged.
  • * All parts/components of the product must be in the returned package.
  • * You must get a return authorisation number from us before sending the product back.
  • * Any returns that are not returned as per the above will not be refunded, and any costs to return the product to you will be required to be paid to us before we will send it back to you.
  • * Important:: We will not refund or exchange a used product, a product that has it's seal broken or tampered with, or a product that has damage to it's packaging or itself.

Just contact us using the form below so we can issue a return number for you to send back with the product.

In Store Purchases, Phone Orders and Collect from Store.

We do not refund for a change of mind, but we will happily exchange within 14 days if the item is unused, undamaged, in original condition and any seals are not broken or tampered with.

Returns.

If you wish to return a product, you MUST contact us using the form below so we can issue a return number for you to send back with the product.

All freight costs to return or exchange an item will be at the buyers expense.

All returns MUST be sent with Tracking and require our Signature on Delivery so we can track where the product is and obtain proof that it was returned.

Make sure it is packaged well with padded packaging where required when sending it back to us because if there is any damage to the product packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.

Apart from warranty returns, once we receive the product in it's original, un-used and brand new condition, we will give you a store credit for the product/s price (excluding freight), or exchange the product for a different model of similar value (customer to pay return freight). If you want to exchange the product for another product of greater value, we will issue you an invoice for the difference which you will need to pay prior to us sending you the new product.
